Job Description

As our Senior Data Entry Specialist, you’ll be the linchpin in our data management operations. You’ll handle crucial weekly reporting cycles, transforming raw sales and inventory data into actionable insights. This role goes beyond simple data entry; you’ll interact with international clients, analyze market trends, and support strategic decision-making. It’s an opportunity to develop your analytical skills while working with cutting-edge consumer electronics brands.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and consolidate weekly sales and inventory reports from global distributors and resellers
  • Update and maintain master files, ensuring accuracy in sales, inventory, and regional performance data
  • Analyze sales trends per product and region, providing insights to the sales team
  • Monitor and record price movements and customer-specific rebates
  • Track and manage marketing budgets for resellers, verifying campaign proofs
  • Follow up with clients to gather missing reports or campaign information
  • Collaborate with the European sales team, adapting to their time zone as needed
