Job Description for Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks including organizing paperwork, templates, and emails

  • Research and compile property owner information from tax records

  • Perform skip tracing to gather additional owner details

  • Organize and maintain lists of active and inactive properties

  • Create and manage calendars for real estate agents

  • Handle client communications via email and phone (eventually)

  • Assist with organizing and editing social media content (potential future task)

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace

  • Experience with CRM systems and file sharing platforms

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Background in customer service or sales is a plus

  • Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology preferred
