The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Bioprocessing Applications Team Leader (Solventum) (m/f/x)* you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading a team of Bioprocessing experts who are supporting the industry to advance in Bioprocessing development and manufacturing from early-stage drug discovery & development through preclinical and clinical manufacturing
  • Implementing the global business strategy by working closely cross-functionally
  • Determining key area of growth opportunities for the Bioprocessing Team in conjunction with business and lab
  • Supporting the Bioprocessing specialists to develop and advance in their careers in alignment with market insights

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline including Biotechnology and Biochemistry AND experience in team management in the MedTech / Health Care Industry

OR

  • Highschool Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in team management in the MedTech / Health Care Industry

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  •  Master’s Degree/PhD in a science or engineering discipline including Biotechnology and Biochemistry
  • Experiences in the biopharmaceutical industry either at one of our market companions and/or with the Biotech industry
  • Desired skills include: highly collaborative & communicative, organized and a people’s developer & change manager

Work location:

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
