Your missions

Test Engineer

Key Role:

Assist with the development of test strategies using UAS systems supporting flight test events. Assist with the development of T&E plans, system test plans, system engineering plans, and other project documentation in coordination with multi-service teams and test sites. Develop test procedures and metrics for system integration labs. Develop plans for data reduction and analysis of ground and flight test data. Develop procedures for tracking system anomaly reports and analyze the severity of those anomalies. Develop test plans and test information sheets. Support the development of the budget for the T&E program.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Test Manager within the DoD
Knowledge of test plans and UAS systems
Ability to develop test plans
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with CTEIP
Knowledge of Weapon System T&E
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree
APDP Certifications in T&E

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
