Position Overview:

The Sales Support Specialist works with external clients to resolve questions and concerns regarding the sales process. The Sales Support Specialist is a point of contact regarding the loan process.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Account Managers to manage relationships with new and current clients.
  • Monitor a pipeline of active loans, proactively managing target closing dates.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contact inactive clients for continued business.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients on the loan process.
  • Summarize project information, establish business needs and concepts while communicating with leadership.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a customer focused business environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Pay Range:

  • $50,000.00 - $75,000.00
  • The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
