Boundless empowers remote workers to experience - with their families - the nomad lifestyle many people without children have been enjoying for years. It creates a complete "live abroad" immersive experience for families looking to get the most of what the digital age and the world can offer.
Through premium kid-friendly lodging and a cutting-edge education system that follows the children wherever they go, Boundless brings together a community of like-minded families who want to explore the planet while working remotely and having a positive impact on their lives and the world.
Since we were founded in 2021, we have quickly grown to 5 locations across two continents and close to 100 team members of different nationalities.
We’re continuing to grow at a fast pace. We'll be opening 2 new locations and have ambitious goals to empower people to have more fulfilling lives by designing a lifestyle enabling balance, growth, and deeper connections with ourselves, our families, nature, and the world.
🙌 The Role
We are currently seeking an Operations Intern for a minimum commitment of 12 months. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position within the organization. The role is full time.
Our internship program at Boundless Life is designed to give aspiring professionals hands-on experience across multiple operational areas within our organization. As an Operations Intern, you will contribute to various aspects of our business— guest check-ins, customer support, event coordination, housekeeping, guest experience..etc based on the needs of the team.
This internship is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and gain exposure to the core functions of a hospitality-driven business. You will receive training, offering a well-rounded introduction to operations in the lifestyle and experience economy.
🫶 About you
- Minimum 12-month internship commitment (with the possibility of extending to Full Time role based on performance).
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language are required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Relevant academic background or work experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business.
- Participated in extracurricular activities and/or previous work experience.
- Track record of delivering high quality work, in an academic of professional setting
- You will be asked to complete an aptitude test and a Psychometric Survey (DISC) as part of the process.
- Adaptable and able to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, with a positive "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in operations within hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a big plus.
