Role Summary 

The People and Organization Program Manager at Steel Point Solutions is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of human capital and organizational performance programs. This role emphasizes driving organic growth, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. The Program Manager serves as the main point of contact for clients, aligning program objectives with business goals to foster long-term partnerships and expand service offerings. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and management of people and organization-focused programs, ensuring that they align with client needs and deliver measurable outcomes. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals. 
  • Organic Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts by expanding service offerings and deepening engagements. 
  • Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and adherence to timelines. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, internal teams, and client stakeholders to align program objectives, deliver results, and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are aligned with client expectations. 
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks to program success and develop mitigation strategies to address them. 

 Required Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (in lieu of Master's Degree, at least 15 years of experience and undergraduate degree will be considered.  
  • 10 years of experience in program management, human capital, or organizational development roles, with a focus on client relationship management and business growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications in human resources or organizational development (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred.
