Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist to join us.

 

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing professional based in Florida to lead our business development efforts. This role will involve daily networking, relationship-building, and developing new client opportunities in the legal industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about building connections that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively network with potential clients, primarily law firms, to generate new business leads.
  • Attend and represent Stafi at networking events, conferences, and industry groups on a regular basis.
  • Conduct 1:1 meeting with prospective and current clients to assess staffing needs and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms and other stakeholders in the legal industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends to help shape business development strategies.
  • Regularly report on networking activities, lead generation progress, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Reside in Miami, Florida, and be willing to attend in-person networking events.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably in the staffing or legal industries.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the staffing needs within the legal industry is a plus.
