AutoLeap is looking for a Team Lead to help coach and grow our implementation team. AutoLeap is building a world-class Implementations practice, and we are looking for a driven, talented, and passionate leader that can work hand-in-hand with our Sr Team Lead and Director, while also implementing a small book of strategic accounts.

In the role, you will:
  • Lead day-to-day management of the Implementation team to ensure shop owners use AutoLeap effectively to grow their business; including directly managing members of the team 
  • Own initiatives to ensure the team is achieving key objectives, which include championing customer to activation, maintaining strong customer relationships, and cultivating success stories
  • Support talent development and maintain a collaborative and results-oriented culture
  • Identify and manage onboarding churn risk and coach the team closely as they navigate difficult situations
  • Collaborate with CX, Product and cross functional teams to deliver a best-in-class product and experience to our customers
  • Continuously improve processes based on data and performance metrics
  • Own a small book of Strategic Account onboardings

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team / project
  • Previous SaaS Implementation experience
  • Proven track record of past success and role progression, good standing with any current performance KPIs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing tasks
  • Passion for ensuring customers and team members success - we don’t just want customers to adopt, we want them to be wildly successful!
