What you'll do:Provide leadership in structuring effective & innovative search strategies, which drive optimal campaign performance Work independently and proficiently out of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with the ability the teach junior members Drive recommendations within clients’ organization, developing and articulating clear business casesManage a team of SEM Managers and Analysts in executing search media campaigns Apply your knowledge of Pharmaceutical specific paid search campaigns to drive ROIs and efficiencies What we're looking for:5-8 years experience in Paid Search Strategy and ExecutionProficiency with Google and Microsoft AdsPrevious experience in the pharmaceutical vertical; either with a large agency, or working directly with the brandAdept at managing and mentoring a team, preferably in an agency environment About Us
