POSITION OVERVIEW:
The HR Coordinator, HR Operations, will provide support for the effective functioning of the key HR processes related to the employee life cycle, ensuring the provision of a legally compliant employee. You will lead the new-hire orientation & on-boarding process, in coordination with members of the on-boarding group, creating a positive, inclusive, timely and consistent start for staff. You will use your ability to follow a logical and systematic approach to issues, escalating matters where needed to your team leaders, delivering with accuracy and in set time frames.
This position will report to the HR Business Partners and support the Chief People Officer & HR Team on projects and daily initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain onboarding and offboarding termination process and new hire orientation program. Prepares and delivers new hire orientation while maintaining I9 compliance, E-verify and new hire documents. Maintains employee files and compliance records. Responsible for employee change requests such as address changes, flexible work arrangements (FWA), title/job changes, move requests, employment status changes, name changes, department changes etc.Maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborates with the HR Team to execute the performance evaluation process, including but not limited to, data entry updates in performance management system, coordination of evaluation meetings, creation of talent review agendas, meeting notes, etc. Conducts Exit Interviews and reviews trends while providing valuable information to the business. Supports the Chief People Officer, and HR Team on a diverse variety of HR projects and duties that range significantly in size and complexity.QualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years progressive Human Resources Administrative experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OutlookDemonstrated experience with creating professional and comprehensive presentations and spreadsheets. Team player that is flexible, motivated and participates in all HR initiatives.Ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to exercise sound judgment.
