Your missions

ERG is a research and consulting firm that provides a wide range of support to federal, state, and commercial clients. ERG offers multidisciplinary teams with nationally recognized skills in engineering, science, economics, public health, informational technology, and communications. We hire people with the best minds and then provide them with a vibrant and flexible environment in which to develop their careers. The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Quality has been key to ERG’s success. Our robust corporate quality management program helps our employees ensure the quality and continual improvement of our services and products. We are seeking at least two qualified and highly motivated candidates to join our growing corporate quality management program to help ensure quality under our large contracts with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other federal agencies.

As Contract Quality Assurance (QA) Manager (reporting to ERG’s Corporate QA Manager), the selected candidates will have primary responsibility for managing quality assurance for several of the large EPA and/or other federal contracts under which ERG provides environmental engineering and science services. Candidates should be highly motivated with the skills to work well individually and as part of a team and to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are interested in hearing from very experienced candidates as well as candidates earlier in their careers who are excited about this opportunity (we will provide additional training as needed). Positions range from full-time to half-time.

  • Assisting in developing and refining contract-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs) and related contract- and project-level quality documents and practices
  • Generally providing guidance, oversight, and support for ensuring the quality of our work at the contract level
  • At the corporate level, selected candidates will work with other members of ERG’s corporate quality team to coordinate and ensure consistency of ERG contract-level quality activities and help support the growth and continual improvement of ERG’s corporate QA program
