Position Overview:

We are seeking a persistent, organized, detail-oriented, and values-driven professional to join our team as an Onboarding Assistant. In this role, you will support the Director of Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compliance, ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires. This position involves collaborating with recruitment, operations, and compliance teams to manage the candidate and new hire experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with qualified candidates to finalize their employment letters.
  • Maintain communication with new hires to schedule their orientations.
  • Send orientation reminders and assist in confirming attendance.
  • Handle high volumes of phone calls from candidates and new hires.
  • Manage the confidentiality of sensitive documents and ensure accuracy in data handling.
  • Support other onboarding and compliance tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with handling high volumes of phone calls (minimum 1 year).
  • Experience in a remote working environment (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Zoom, Google Suites (or equivalent software).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with data confidentiality and document accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple phone calls professionally.
