We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Asian team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Flooring industry. This is a full-time, contractor position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

You will join a sales team located in Asia and take responsibility for our sales activities in Western Europe and (possibly) Northern Europe.


Position: Regional Sales/ Product Manager

Location: Spain / Portugal (Work from Home)

Employment type: Full-time / Contractor / Freelance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Detect new potential partners, help them improve their skills so that they can be part of our core sales network.
  • Sells the organizations products or services to and maintains relationships with existing accounts. Responsible for expanding and retaining enterprise accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service.
  • Report the objectives, actions taken and results obtained to your hierarchy.
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats.
  • Prepares formal proposals and presentations, presents to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes and overcomes objectives to closure, and closes sales in a professional and effective manner.
  • Responsible for significant key partner relationship management and development. Facilitate executive-level relationships between the customer, and its partners including facilitating communication on strategic and tactical issues and maintaining continuity.
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers within an organization; regularly follow-up on leads and developing leads, and act to close deals.
  • Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service; understanding the strategies, goals and objectives of named accounts.
  • Assume a leadership role in coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support team (Systems Engineering, Sales Operations, Services, Sales Management).
  • Develops strategy for sustained management and success of business and coordinates resources to ensure goals are met.
  • The position has a strong international dimension with clients in all countries of Europe.
    You have colleagues especially Asian.
  • Primary point-of-contact for named enterprise account/(s). Maintains contact with account at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Prior experience in Sales/ Flooring Industry for at least 3 years.
  • Understanding of flooring product as Rigid Core, Eco Composite, Waterproof Hardwood, Waterproof Laminate, Waterproof Wall Tiles, Traditional Floors.
  • Self-motivated, gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
  • Problem solving abilities, strong logical analytics.
  • Ability to multi-task, handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
