About Our Client:

Our client is an e-commerce marketing agency that helps brands grow their online presence and drive sales. They’ve built and scaled successful e-commerce brands themselves, and now use that experience to help their clients achieve the same. From website design to email marketing, they provide custom strategies that align with each client’s goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Email Campaigns: Create, schedule, and run email campaigns in Klaviyo, focusing on engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Develop and Optimize Email Flows: Set up automated flows like welcome series and abandoned cart reminders, refining them for better results.
  • Analyze Performance: Track and interpret key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to improve campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns with broader strategies. You’ll also act as the final checkpoint, reviewing concepts and ensuring everything is ready before it reaches the client.
  • Segment Audiences: Build and segment email lists based on customer behavior and engagement to deliver personalized content.

Is This You?

  • Email Marketing Experience: You have hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, including list segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign management.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: You understand how e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, fit into the email marketing strategy.
  • Analytical Mindset: You can analyze email performance and adjust based on the data to optimize results.
  • Attention to Detail: You ensure all email content is accurate, consistent, and on-brand before sending.
  • English Proficiency: You are comfortable communicating and writing in English for U.S.-based clients.
