Responsibilities:
User Experience Research:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and usability testing plans to guide product decisions.
Analyze research findings and transform them into actionable insights for product development.
Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product performance, user behavior, and market trends.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and guide future
iterations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data-driven insights into overall product strategy.
Project Management:
Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of
product initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to hit key milestones.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive team alignment and productivity.
Product Design:
Create mockups to visualize product concepts and gather feedback. We prefer low fidelity mockups
as it allows us to move fast and be flexible (we AVOID wireframes & high-fidelity mockups).
Work closely with developers to ensure a seamless UX and adherence to design principles.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical feasibility to continuously improve
Clearly Defined Specification Documents:
Write clear and detailed specification documents for engineering and other stakeholders to ensure the product vision is understood and properly executed.
Ensure that spec docs include user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to provide clarity for development teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Design is preferred.
3+ years of experience in product management, UX research, data analysis, or a related field.
A problem-solving mindset and passion for delivering user-centric solutions.
Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding
of design principles (we like elements of Shape Up)
Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively across teams.
