So what is the role?
As the Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for nunc., ensuring that our brand stands out in the competitive coffee market:
  • Lead and shape the overall marketing strategy across digital channels like SEA, SEO & (paid) social, ensuring an integrated approach that drives traffic, conversions, and brand growth for the nunc. product line.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns for D2C sales, enhancing the customer experience while exploring new ways to grow the brand through E-Commerce.
  • Manage the marketing roadmap, including planning, reporting, and strategic scenarios for communication and brand management. This includes overseeing the communication plan, budgets, storytelling, and ensuring alignment with internal teams
  • Strategically manage partnerships, including budgets, retrospectives, and future planning, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Be a key idea generator, bringing innovative approaches to drive growth in marketing, constantly seeking opportunities to elevate brand performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, content, and event teams to align on brand messaging, ensuring consistent execution of campaigns that support our online presence.
This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:
  • Significant growth in online brand presence and customer acquisition, through successful D2C marketing campaigns.
  • Launched innovative marketing campaigns with clear ROI, driving customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Successfully integrated and scaled online marketing initiatives, creating a seamless digital customer experience.
  • Brought in fresh ideas and strategies that significantly advanced our marketing efforts, establishing new opportunities for brand growth and visibility.
What you need for this role:
  • 5+ years of experience in leading marketing strategies, with a strong focus on D2C E-Commerce.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including SEA, SEO and paid social.
  • A strategic thinker who can generate innovative ideas to grow marketing efforts, unafraid to test new methods.
  • Strong experience working with E-Commerce platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration and presenting data-driven insights for decision-making.
