ANALYST, OVERLAY SERVICE

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily MAS reporting
  • Primary owner of OPMG research support mailbox. The owner will see the issue through to the end and follow-up with findings.
  • Pro-active communication with our internal business partners with updates and reporting
  • Become accomplished in use of all relevant department tools and resources
  • Assist in developing and improving quality and processes to create a consistent service experience
  • Assist with all MAS level 2 research requests and escalations from frontline

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of industry experience (preferably financial services) in Operations
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and Smart sheets
  • Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possesses strong collaboration and team-building awareness

Core Competencies:

  • All Microsoft applications, particularly, VISIO, WORD, ACCESS, PowerPoint and Excel (VBA)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively to various levels throughout the organization
  • Strong attention to detail with a pro-active approach to solving and preventing problems
  • Ability to work under pressure/deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills


 

Pay Range:

$16.73-$27.88/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
