Your missions

We’re seeking a Client Relationship Account Executive to establish partnerships with our customers and act as a liaison between our customers, carriers, vendor partners and our internal technical teams. You will identify, prioritize, and build solutions for existing customers and manage the relationship for new and existing business. This role requires the ability to smoothly communicate the products, be a resource for issues, project manage, analyze complex risk exposures, existing coverages, develop appropriate recommendations and handle implementations and renewals.


Your Impact:

  • New Account Review & Implementation: Collaborate with the Client team to analyze prospective opportunities, including carrier options, benefit structures, and pricing. Assist in the implementation of new accounts when required
  • Renewal & Account Management: Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, advising on market conditions, and ensuring any changes or updates are addressed through to completion
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Handle day-to-day account-related issues, providing direction, analytical solutions, and decision-making support to Producers
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with assigned Producers, providing timely customer service, understanding market landscapes, and ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation of account terms, while keeping Producers informed on updates and deadlines


Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong understanding of insurance underwriting principles, Fintech and Product offering Platforms
  • Comprehensive communication skills, both oral and in writing
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and overall proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility to re-adjust as needed
  • Ability to work with multiple parties to meet client deadlines and advocate for your clients with both internal and external partners
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base annual pay range for this position is between $64,800 - $82,500 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
