Position Summary

  • We will provide virtual training and work from home employment.

Exciting Pharmacy Technician positions available supporting Aetna Medicare members and their medication adherence. Must have superb customer service and empathy skills to connect with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced customer contact center setting. This program seeks to improve plan members' adherence to select medications used in the maintenance of chronic conditions. Licensed pharmacy technicians will conduct outbound calls to Aetna Medicare Advantage members to remind them to refill or confirm pick up of their medications, as well as identify, discuss, and offer resolutions to adherence barriers.

Required Qualifications

  • Resident of Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas or Vermont due to regulatory compliance
  • Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
  • Ability to obtain Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician license through application and fee
  • Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Prior Call Center experience
  • Previous experience working from home a plus
  • Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency

Education

Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
