Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 6-10 years of Cisco Voice Infrastructure experience, Experience with Unified Communications Manager and Call Center Express, Knowledge of routing, switching, LAN configurations, Understanding of Quality of Service (QoS).
Key responsabilities:
- Lead and develop the Network Voice team
- Technical ownership of Cisco Unified Communications Platform
- Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco UCCX and Fax applications
- Design and implement new Voice platform features
- Manage voice related service disruptions and escalations
