The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Revenue QA Analyst.

The Revenue QA Analyst will be responsible for the daily activities within the Revenue Quality Assurance team, such as; analytical reporting, detail analysis on client data, revenue analysis at product level, identifying process efficiencies, and support internal/external audits.

The analyst will be responsible for establishing and managing internal controls that improve operational workflows and help preserve the integrity of the billing data. The analyst will work to identify and investigate quality issues, take proactive and retroactive corrective action to ensure the accuracy of the data being produced,  test efficiencies within the revenue workflows, analyze data and report findings to management as needed. Additionally, the Revenue Quality Assurance Analyst will assist with updating applicable team members with quality control changes to optimize the client experience.

Day In The Life

  • Create, manage, and implement quality standards and controls for the Billing and Revenue teams.

  • Responsible for documenting quality control procedures and safeguards put in place to preserve the integrity of the billing and client data.

  • Responsible for reporting operational gaps and data quality issues to management.

  • Partners with the Accounting team on Revenue Recognition and update stakeholders on any requested procedural changes.

  • Partners with Management, Pricing and Finance to review Annual Price Increases to ensure clients are billed correctly. Analyst is responsible for reporting any discrepancies to Senior Leadership.

  • Provide billing support to both internal and external Auditors, such as contracts, schedules, addendums, invoices, and all other requested items for audit purposes.

  • Responsible for auditing client pricing monthly to ensure accuracy of billing, which will promote a better client experience.

  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to identify gaps and provide support on strategic initiatives.

  • Responsible for completing all other data analysis requested by management and product owners, as it pertains to client analysis, product analysis, revenue analysis, etc.

  • Assist billing team with monthly trending analysis review at the client and bill code/element level.

  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

  • Responsible for all other duties assigned

Experience

  • 5+ Years experience with Internal and External Audits

  • 4+ Years experience with Reconciliation and Analysis

  • 3+ Years of Accounting experience, including Billing and Accounts Receivable

Education

  • 4 year college degree in Business, Finance or other related field or 6 years combined experience in Audit, Reconciliations, Billing and Contracts.

Skills

For California, Colorado and New York Applicants:  In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:

$67,700.00 - $86,300.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
