Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of significant data growth to ensure our systems remain highly available and responsive.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and refine the performance of relational databases.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and engineering teams to drive performance and operational features to successful completion.
• Execute complex projects while contributing to core Java development efforts.
• Address production-related challenges, including memory leaks, concurrency issues, and network complications.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on core Java development.
• Demonstrated expertise in backend platform development and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Proficient in troubleshooting intricate production issues and adept at managing substantial data volumes.
• Familiarity with Unix shell and DevOps environments is advantageous.

• A competitive salary range of \(165,800 to \)290,200, with opportunities for equity (when applicable), variable compensation, and comprehensive benefits.
