Position Purpose: Manages all the test data necessary to fulfill the requirements of tests. Maintains the data quality in the QA environment and provides estimations for test data creation or de-identification. Designs and develops supporting tools and testing and assists in the implementation of TDM processes and solutions.
  • Builds robust systems focused on long-term maintenance and support of the application
  • Owns and extends the data pipeline through the collection, storage, processing, and transformation of large data-sets.
  • Continually contributes to the Designs strategy for data preparation, data distribution
  • Designs strategic enterprise-wide data infrastructure
  • Ensures data privacy and regulatory compliance for data in non-prod
  • Supports in allocating test data on all platforms using Test Data Management (TDM) tools
  • Drives recommendations for policy, standard, and process improvements
  • Collaborates with testing team and other key stakeholders to service quality test data based on assigned priorities
  • Automates synthetic data creation to support large volumes of test data
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

  • One or more of the following skills are desired.
  • Experience with Other: managing test data, including creation and mining using test data management tools
  • Knowledge of Other: Knowledge of various database technologies , CI/CD tools, and ETL processes
  • Knowledge of Other: AWS

Pay Range: $83,600.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
