Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all facets of solution architecture and development, from initial conception through to launch and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and executive staff, to refine and enhance our solution offerings, thereby driving productivity and revenue.
  • Advocate for strategic solutions, supporting sales and proposal teams during the implementation and launch phases.
  • Engage in solution selling initiatives, aligning marketing strategies with sales goals and launch plans.
  • Provide strategic oversight throughout the solution development process, ensuring it meets client business needs and objectives.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable operational strategies that are timely and cost-efficient.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend relevant enhancements and solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving business demands.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to ensure cohesive solution development and execution.
  • Manage the financial aspects of solutions, including profitability analysis and performance monitoring to align with organizational goals.

Required Skills

  • Over 12 years of experience in systems architecture, design, and software development, particularly within enterprise products in health and human services.
  • Expertise in cloud-based software development platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) methodologies.
  • Proficiency in web programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or Java), with a strong preference for C# .NET.
  • Familiarity with client-side frameworks, including Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies, Git/GitFlow for code management, and database systems like PostgreSQL or SQLServer, along with experience in real-time data streaming and document databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB).

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in systems architecture and enterprise software solutions, preferably within the healthcare domain.
  • Proven skills in cloud technologies and programming languages.
  • Strong leadership qualities and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
