Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Consultant, you will be entrusted with the following key duties:

  • Spearheading full-cycle recruitment for executive and specialized roles, employing innovative strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and search committees to deliver expert counsel and best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Cultivating and sustaining talent pipelines through proactive relationship development and networking efforts.
  • Designing training resources and facilitating sessions aimed at enhancing recruitment methodologies.
  • Harnessing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter to formulate strategies that connect with elite talent.
  • Overseeing candidate pipelines, orchestrating interview schedules, and managing logistics for on-campus interviews.
  • Contributing to broader talent acquisition initiatives and programs that promote exemplary practices for attracting top-tier talent.
  • Representing the organization at various events and leading informational sessions to enhance our employer brand.
  • Operating within a hybrid/remote framework that promotes flexibility when feasible.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree combined with at least two years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing talent across various levels, particularly within higher education.
  • A solid coaching and training background, with experience guiding diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in public speaking and event coordination.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality service.

Compensation And Benefits

The position offers a starting salary of $54,000 annually, which will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
