Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Project Coordinators II. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in managing multiple intricate projects that support our esteemed customer programs, often with budgets exceeding $1 million. Your efforts will directly influence well-known brands and the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize field service activities across our extensive network of technicians.
  • Adhere to project timelines and utilize templates to ensure projects are executed within budget and on schedule.
  • Oversee external vendor timelines, including job-site surveys, manufacturing, transportation, and final installation to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Engage in project meetings, addressing concerns and devising solutions to client issues.
  • Execute necessary tasks to facilitate seamless project progression to completion.
  • Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with your team, other Project Managers, and external partners.
  • Effectively manage changes in project scope with strategic problem-solving methods and contingency plans.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are current and meticulously tracked according to our processes.
