Job Overview

We are actively seeking motivated HEDIS RNs or LPNs for a fully remote contract opportunity, ideally suited for candidates located in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. This role requires leveraging your HEDIS review expertise to uphold the quality standards of care provided by FDC/HEDIS nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of healthcare data and assess medical documentation and patient records.
  • Ensure that the care provided is consistent with patients’ health plans and fulfills their healthcare needs.
  • Apply HEDIS measurement criteria to conduct reviews of health plans in alignment with healthcare facility practices, ultimately enhancing patient experiences.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in conducting HEDIS reviews.
  • Proficient computer skills paired with dependable internet connectivity.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to local healthcare providers as needed.

Qualifications

  • An active RN or LPN license is required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience is essential.
  • At least 3 years of experience in chart auditing or abstraction is necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
