Job Title: Remote Customer Service and Support (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,200 USD/month


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time


Benefits: US legal holidays



Job Overview:

Our client is one of the leading smart locks companies. They combine advanced access technology and a user friendly system with superb customer service and support to back it up.

Customer service and technical support for all customers who need help with their locks and navigating the lock's software and app connected to it.



Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to clients and users regarding product usage and functionality.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Software and Hardware Support: Offer support for both software and hardware components of the system.
