Your missions

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in guiding various business units and functional areas by leveraging your expertise to create and manage essential contract support documentation for present and future initiatives. You will excel in a dynamic, business-critical environment, overseeing the preparation and execution of agreements, organizing data related to support agreements, tracking approval workflows, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure adherence to all agreement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the capture and proposal development processes by ensuring that partner agreements are thorough and completed within stipulated timelines.
  • Create, modify, and analyze vital information to facilitate the preparation of agreements.
  • Draft and finalize necessary documentation to guarantee the completion of agreements.
  • Execute assigned tasks and action items related to contract support efficiently.
  • Collaborate with executives, leadership, and team members to bolster partner agreement initiatives.
  • Provide support for business development activities, including attending pre-bid team meetings, sending OCI requests to vendors, and requesting debriefings for unsuccessful bids.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings concerning contractual matters.
  • Maintain precise contract records through the contract lifecycle management system (Agiloft).
  • Review and submit CPARS evaluations and oversee the process to ensure timely distribution.
  • Conduct contract reporting, including GWAC CAF/IFF, quarterly and annual reports, as well as SAM profile updates.

Required Skills

  • Relevant experience or post-high school education in a related field.
  • Experience in the preparation of legal agreements.
  • Experience in developing technical materials.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, alongside solid business acumen.
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with experience in project management and organization.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office products.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, purchasing, economics, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Navy mission objectives is advantageous.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from \(45,000 to \)65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
