Position Title: Mortgage Sales Manager - Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct introductory meetings with prospective clients, deliver compelling sales presentations, and implement efficient follow-up strategies.
  • Networking: Utilize social media, industry events, and direct outreach to broaden our professional network and cultivate new connections.
  • Operations Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and client reports, ensuring a smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Client Transition: Manage the initial stages of client engagement, facilitating a seamless transition for their service needs to our dedicated operations team.

  • Proven networking and negotiation abilities, complemented by strong consulting skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills aimed at understanding and addressing client requirements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years in the mortgage banking or due diligence industry, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role.
  • A robust network that includes hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and the mortgage due diligence process is advantageous.
