Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through strategic relationship-building.
  • Arrange introductory meetings with prospective clients, deliver impactful sales presentations, and implement follow-up strategies.
  • Expand your professional network through social media platforms, industry events, and direct outreach to grow the client base.
  • Collaborate with operations to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
  • Oversee the initial engagement with new clients to guarantee a seamless transition of service requirements to the operations team.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the mortgage sector or a due diligence firm, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role.
  • Profound understanding of the mortgage landscape and capital markets. Familiarity with Mortgage-Backed Securities and due diligence processes is advantageous.
  • Established connections with hedge funds, investment banks, mortgage servicers, and originators are preferred.
  • Demonstrated networking, negotiation, and consulting capabilities.
  • Ability to assess client needs and devise tailored, value-added solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in mortgage sales and client relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
