Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

Join us as an HR Equity Compensation Senior Specialist. You’ll be reporting to the Global Equity Compensation Senior Manager, who heads the Value4All program. This equity compensation strategy is part of our 2027 Social Ambition agenda and it encourages Prysmian employees’ share ownership through three share-based plans: ‘BE IN on the value creation, say YES to your future, and GROW with the group’.

What are you going to do?

As a successful candidate, you’ll collaborate to:

  • Support the administration and data maintenance of the share plan operations
  • Support the fiscal, accounting and financial reporting
  • Coordinate the global HR community and support the global implementation, execution, internal communication, and operation of the share plans

What will you bring to the table?

  • Solid experience in HR, Finance or consultancy
  • Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or related field
  • Preferred experience in a public company and/or share plan administration
  • Advanced IT proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player and open mindset
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum), fluency in Italian preferred
  • Have a great eye to details as the role requests high level of data management and data entry tasks
