Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for government management, ensuring transparent and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and government representatives to identify and manage resources, schedules, and priorities.
  • Oversee contract services, ensuring adherence to the Performance Work Statement (PWS), funding, and staffing requirements.
  • Strategically plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of large, intricate projects from inception through implementation and maintenance, with an emphasis on cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure that project activities are comprehensively integrated and aligned with organizational goals, maintaining high standards for documentation and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges, devising and executing effective solutions.
  • Manage personnel actions, including recruitment, training, capability development, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to guarantee optimal resource allocation and successful execution.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or a minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, particularly in distributed learning, training, and education.
  • Proven track record in leading complex technical projects within cross-functional teams in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
  • Experience in contract performance analysis, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
  • Skilled in interfacing with government contracting personnel and senior leadership to effectively communicate project progress.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
