Job Overview

Join our esteemed public accounting firm as an EBP Audit and Assurance Senior Manager, where you will take the lead in guiding audit and assurance teams in a remote work environment. Your in-depth knowledge of assurance principles and managerial accounting will be critical in delivering outstanding service to our clients and supporting the firm in reaching its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audit and assurance teams, ensuring the precise and timely completion of all engagements.
  • Oversee the preparation of audit documentation, reports, and schedules, guaranteeing clarity and compliance with standards.
  • Develop and disseminate best practices in audit and assurance procedures to elevate team performance.
  • Mentor and support team members, cultivating a collaborative atmosphere that drives successful engagement results.
  • Conduct quality reviews of audit workpapers to confirm accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Present audit findings in a professional and effective manner during meetings.
  • Identify potential process improvements and suggest cost-effective strategies.

Required Skills

  • Strong grasp of assurance principles and accounting processes.
