For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager or similar leadership roles, within the software development industry;
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in software engineering and development methodologies, in addition to strong leadership and management skills;
  • Expertise in Java language;
  • Strong knowledge of working distributed systems, using tools like GraphQL;
  • Experience working in an Agile environment;
  • Experience with cloud environments (ideally Azure);
  • Experience working with Salesforce would be a plus;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Fluency in English (at least B2 Level);
  • Availability to work remotely, based in Portugal.
