What are we looking for?
We're looking for a smart and reliable Solutions Architect to work with the Head of Solutions Architecture to effectively scope and cost digital projects. Concentrating on problem-solving for clients, you will assess client needs in order to design and implement solutions. You will work closely with the broader development and design teams to develop products, resolving technical problems as they arise.
What are you expected to do?
- Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
- Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
- Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
- Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
- Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets
- Provide accurate time estimates for development work and deliver specific results on time and in budget
- Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure the optimal solution is being delivered for each project
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management on resource availability, project progress and team performance

You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have at least 5 years work experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role
- You are willing to work on a night shift or early morning shift (2AM-10 AM) to support US and AU clients.
- You bring experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- You possess an in-depth understanding of coding languages
- Your knowledge spans various operating systems and databases
- Your communication skills are efficient
- You excel in analytical thinking
- Your organizational and leadership skills are strong
We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science
- HubSpot API knowledge would be highly advantageous
- Previous project management experience is advantageous
- Various cloud and development certifications

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
