Who we are looking for

Wildix is looking for a WordPress Content Designer to join our Marketing Team.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Design graphical concepts in Figma and turn it into a WordPress site, setting up the theme and page layouts
• Ensuring web pages adhere to UX/UI principles and follow best practices for speed performance.
• Update existing web pages with new designs and new content
• Propose and implement solutions to optimize the design and performance of corporate websites.
• Add translations for the designed pages in Italian, French, German, and Spanish.
• Collaborate with task owners and cross-functional teams.

What You Bring to the Team

• Over 5 years of experience with WordPress, including template customization, editing tools, and plugins.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and scripting languages like JavaScript and jQuery.
• Understanding and applying technical SEO
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, including user-centered design and accessibility.
• Experience in conducting user research, analyzing behavior, and performing A/B testing to improve user experience and website performance.
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work with teams, stakeholders, or independently.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English (B2), with solid communication skills.

Now, it would be fantastic if You Have the following Qualifications

• Experience with graphical apps Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva
• Knowledge and use of new AI tools for analyzing the customer journey
