Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • CPA License or equivalent accounting certification in your home country.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA license in the work office state.
  • Proven expertise in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) and Auditing Standards (U.S. GAAS), along with PCAOB standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to learn from failure and address root causes of issues, while fostering an inclusive team environment.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of linking current issues with future trends and anticipating client needs.
  • Technical capabilities to advise clients on relevant issues, including regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Global awareness to consider both global and local perspectives when making recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex messages and build trust with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of implementing and utilizing automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
