Your missions

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving new revenue growth from new customers in both the public sector (SLED) and commercial market across the state of Missouri.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement territory penetration strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Qualify prospects from internal and external leads, and route opportunities to the sales team based on established qualifiers.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective customers to present our values and solutions.
  • Utilize marketing collateral to create engaging and meaningful presentations that drive prospect engagement and conversion.
  • Represent our brand at conferences, tradeshows, and events to win new customers.
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions to potential high-growth commercial customers.
  • Leverage education contracts, including Cooperative Purchasing partnerships and Bids, to acquire new education customers or drive growth for existing ones.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of committed customers to the account management team.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, including activity logs and pipeline.
  • Seek continuous improvement through manager and peer-led coaching.
  • Positively impact the team culture by working well with others, sharing learnings, building trust, and leading by example.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and peers to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies.
  • Champion our company values, services, and product features and benefits.
  • Grow share of wallet by consolidating business from other vendors, creating customized pricing programs, and developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED.
  • 4+ years of field sales experience.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed (approximately 50% travel).
  • Remote role covering the state of Missouri.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven business development experience.
