Your missions

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Material Damage Claims Estimator & Auditor to join our dynamic team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S. The ideal candidate will possess extensive RV estimate writing experience along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create or audit comprehensive estimates of damages for first and third-party material damage claims, leading to proper disposition.
  • Demonstrate strong estimating fundamentals to assess damages across auto and specialty lines.
  • Possess a deep understanding of various policy types and handle negotiations for settlements, ensuring proper documentation for complex files.
  • Evaluate settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices to make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines.
  • Provide training, mentoring, quality control, and technical assistance on material damage claims.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Extensive RV estimate writing experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Compensation

The compensation offered for this role ranges from \(24.71 to \)35.88 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
