Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategies across diverse domestic markets. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for aligning regional marketing efforts with our brand’s strategic objectives and overall business goals. As a leader of a remote team of regional marketing professionals, you will guide the implementation of innovative campaigns and programs aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and increasing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the formulation and execution of regional marketing strategies that resonate with national marketing goals and brand principles.
  • Drive the development and implementation of localized marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotions to increase sales and customer traffic.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Brand to refine partnership strategies and activate earned media opportunities.
  • Assess regional market trends and adapt marketing plans to capitalize on changing business conditions and emerging opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing programs across multiple channels, including social media, PR, email, and digital advertising.
  • Direct marketing strategies for new store openings in partnership with operations, training, and real estate teams.
  • Create local marketing tactics, training modules, and measurement tools to boost awareness, consideration, traffic, and sales.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Extensive experience managing multi-regional or national marketing campaigns within a consumer-driven industry, preferably in food and beverage or retail.
