Job description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. IT Analyst with a focus on Workday Reporting and Analytics. This remote role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development and management of complex reports, insightful analytics, and seamless integration of EID systems within Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, customization, and optimization of complex reports and dashboards within Workday to address business needs and drive strategic decisions.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret Workday data, generate meaningful insights, and support business operations and strategy.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Workday reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
  • Oversee the integration and maintenance of Employee ID systems within Workday, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of employee ID data within Workday, adhering to regulatory and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather reporting requirements, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Workday reporting and analytics, with a strong background in developing and managing complex reports and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience with Employee ID systems and their integration within HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.
  • Expertise in Workday's reporting tools, calculated fields, and data sources. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday People Analytics, and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, generate insights, and present findings clearly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing and resolving reporting issues.
  • Minimum 4-year degree.
