Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Project Manager to join their remote team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of innovative professionals from around the globe, making a significant impact by strengthening operational processes that support the consulting and outsourced services business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement process improvements, adapting current procedures and introducing new practices and tools to solve complex problems
Plan, direct, and coordinate projects in a timely, cost-effective manner
Manage project milestones and cross-functional team handoffs
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on project status
Identify gaps, opportunities, risks, and recommendations to meet project deadlines
Document best-practice standard operating procedures
Actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives
Comply with professional and quality standards as well as corporate policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution OR a High School Diploma/GED with five (5) years of project management experience
Minimum of five (5) combined years of experience in project management in a private, public, government, or military environment
Experience with our client's Health Information Systems contracting and project management software tools, and relevant Salesforce and/or Workfront experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word)
Preferred Skills:
Master's degree in a business-related field
Ability to work efficiently and thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment
Proven project management and operational skills
Experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, and/or consulting services
Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize to meet project deadlines
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in everyday terms
