We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead key initiatives that will drive growth, optimize engagement, and enhance customer retention. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing platforms, loyalty programs, and SEO optimization. This role is integral to ensuring our marketing efforts are cohesive, data-driven, and yield measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Email & SMS Marketing Strategy:

  • Rebuild and optimize Klaviyo email flows and Attentive SMS flows with fresh imagery and enhanced content.

  • Develop and execute Attentive SMS and Klaviyo email campaigns for the remainder of the year, focusing on engagement and conversions.

  • Test and refine messaging to ensure high open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance.

Loyalty Program Management:

  • Transition the existing loyalty program from FriendBuy to Recharge.

  • Design and implement a new loyalty program aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value.

  • Analyze loyalty program performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

Aisle Strategy Optimization:

  • Review the current strategy on the Aisle platform that provides cashback incentives for product trial, determining whether to revise or discontinue based on performance metrics and business goals.

SEO & Google Indexing Optimization:

  • Implement strategies to optimize Google indexing for better search visibility.

  • Audit and update meta tags, alt texts, and other SEO elements to ensure alignment with best practices.

Content & Blog Auditing:

  • Audit existing blog content for verbiage consistency, including revising terms to align with new brand messaging.

  • Review and update internal links, images, and product mentions (KF Tonic, Tonics Collection, etc.) to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure the blog reflects the latest brand initiatives and offers value to readers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar email/SMS marketing platforms.

  • Experience with loyalty program management and platform migrations (e.g., FriendBuy, Recharge).

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google indexing strategies.

  • Excellent content auditing and editing skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for improvement.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Will work closely with Sr. Director of Brand and with external agency
