We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our dynamic Advanced Designs team. This flexible role allows for on-site, hybrid, or fully remote work arrangements, depending on your location. As an integral member of the team, you will provide crucial technical and marketing support to financial advisors, professional advisors, and field management, playing a vital role in enhancing life insurance sales across estate planning, retirement planning, business succession, and executive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced case design support to recruiters and advisors in estate, retirement, business, and charitable planning.
  • Conduct consultations via phone or virtually with advisors and recruiters.
  • Develop marketing and educational materials on complex financial concepts.
  • Present at internal and industry meetings, delivering engaging presentations and informal talks.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with recruiters and financial advisors.
  • Understand financial underwriting guidelines and their implications.
  • Stay updated on regulatory and legislative changes affecting the industry.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • JD Degree
  • 7+ years of experience supporting advanced life insurance sales in relevant markets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in public speaking and presentations.
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively with the Advanced Designs team and across various functions.
  • Ability to interact with recruiters, financial advisors, and professionals such as attorneys and CPAs.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
