  • Plan and Analyze: Leverage your expertise in project management methodologies to craft detailed project plans. Deliver valuable insights through tailored project analysis and assessments, ensuring focus on critical project activities.
  • Assess and Mitigate Risks: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential risks and opportunities associated with critical project paths. Implement strategies for early identification and effective mitigation of risks.
  • Drive Best Practices: Champion the implementation of best practices in high-stakes R&D initiatives to guarantee organizational readiness and support for project execution.
  • Communicate and Improve: Proactively identify and address gaps within current processes and organizational structures. Recommend innovative processes and integrate technologies to enhance operational transparency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and Engage: Remain vigilant about emerging practices, project management tools, and continuous improvement opportunities within the industry landscape.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional R&D teams, particularly within the pharmaceutical or oncology sectors.
