Position Title: Sr. Marketing Manager, Key Account Marketing

Anticipated Travel: 25%

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies targeted at pharmaceutical companies, key accounts, and networks. These include group purchasing organizations (GPO), management service organization (MSO) and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).  The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and medical affairs, to drive customer acquisition and engagement around Natera’s Signatera molecular residual disease (MRD) assay, real-world data products, and comprehensive oncology offerings.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute account-based marketing plans that align Natera’s oncology products and partnering solutions to the needs and objective of national / regional systems of care for oncology patients or of pharma partners

  • Develop and implement multi-channel B2B marketing strategies, utilizing digital, email, social media, and events to drive awareness and adoption of Natera’s oncology offerings

  • Manage the creation of marketing and sales collaterals that would be used to engage with senior leadership and decision-makers within key account organizations

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Assess marketing and sales performance into key organizations, identifying and addressing gaps to ensure achievement of growth objectives

  •  Identify and manage marketing and educational programs offered by key account organizations

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in medical diagnostics / pharmaceutical / biotech or other related industry.

  • Experience in oncology and/or genomics strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Proactive problem solver with the capability to handle novel and diverse work challenges on a daily basis.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate the complex simply

  • Strong organizational / time management skills; manage and complete multiple projects

  • Strong customer orientation and focus

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
