Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions diligently in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills.
  • Contribute to team discussions about performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovak, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is required.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
