Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Hungarian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance service strategies and ensure customer retention.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve service delivery.
  • Suggest improvements for processes and systems to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hungarian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to embrace a new cultural experience.
